I have tried the Korean Under-Eye balm and was very disappointed with the results. After 3 weeks I have not noticed any difference. When I contacted Customer Service I was told that for them to evaluate my return,I would have to send a picture or video of myself. They said that a written description would not be enough. I find it unreasonable that I am required to send a picture to prove that I am unhappy with the results. I do not feel that some unnamed people can judge my satisfaction level. I would not recommend dealing with this company. They don’t stand behind their products nor do they respect their customers. Stay away. Addendum: When I complained to the company they did offer me a refund of 30% and no return of the product. Probably not the best deal.

BEWARE! !! DO NOT BUY FROM LUXE COSMETICS. IT has been over two months since I placed my original order which never arrived ( although they said it was delivered). They claim to have resent the order. YET TO RECEIVE THAT ONE. I now question why I would have been so stupid to buy from this company when cosmetics are so readily available from local stores! Never again from Luxe!

I bought two foundations to try this product. They both are horrible. They go on like nothing and just go into your pores. I tried to get a refund and they said because I bought two, it was a "bundle" and no refund. The make up also burned my skin. Trust me, don't waste your money.

I ordered this makeup and was under the impression it was a deal going on of buy one get one free. Well that wasn’t true in my situation. I got so much makeup and I was charged regular price. I am very unhappy because of this. I tried to take these things off excessive amounts of makeup off my order but instead it ordered more . I was just so confused thinking I was getting a really good deal but when I got email only to find out how much makeup I was getting I was angry!!! I’m just letting ppl know what to expect by ordering from this company to not believe you’re getting anything free ., you’re not!!! Don’t order from this company thinking you’re getting buy one get one free…you’ll get extra things put on your order and be stuck with it

Buyer Beware!!! Their refund policy appears to be very clear-cut, with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Unfortunately, my experience has been completely different. I have been requesting a refund for three months, and instead of honoring their stated refund policy, their responses repeatedly provide the same instructions for applying the makeup. I have followed the recommended application process, but the product simply does not work for me. The pigment does not adjust to my skin tone—it is orange. At this point, I have repeatedly asked for a refund and they continue to avoid addressing the actual issue or honoring the guarantee they advertise. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. In my opinion, this is a subpar product and a company that does not stand behind its advertised refund policy. Update 10.21.2026: Their refund policy is void is you purchase and get a buy one get one or a package. Again, subpar products, horrible customer service, and a non-transparent refund policy that basically means you’re not getting a return/refund due to their sales structure/strategy.

Scam. Ordered over a month ago, was sent a shipping link which led to a site that raised a suspicious link warning. The order can’t be tracked. I lodged a query through PayPal and received a response saying they would look into it. When I checked my order again, the link had ‘expired’. I requested a new order link and still nothing. No movement on the order, no response from the supplier. $156 wasted on a scam.

I ordered the balm for under eyes and I tried it since June (3 months) and my eyebags look the same! I asked for a refund and they rejected it. Very bad customer service and mostly, ineffective product!!!! Will never buy this brand again especially since there are so many others that promise the same thing but are more concerned with their reputation and quality. Keep away from Luxe.

If I could rate this less that one star I would. I placed an order that never arrived, the tracking info was absolute trash, that gave broad updates and then simply stopped. And when I tried to get a refund, they gave me the runaround for WEEKS. Then they tried to tell me, with a very ai or bot written email, about knowing I was "anxious to receive my order" and they "are doing all we can to get this figured out for you" and gave me a new tracking number. The tracking information was in Spanish, and when I attempted to look up my order number, it stated no order existed. When I emailed them about that, they simply stopped responding. THIS IS A SCAM
