This company charged my credit card $49.99 when I have never purchased from them… I had never heard of them! They sell skin care products.

I want my money returned. It does not work

This company is a fraud and a bunch of criminals. I ordered a curling iron and was overcharged, based on the receipt I received. Then they sent me the wrong item, a hair straightener. Then as a final straw, when I asked for a full refund, they told me I had 2 options: 1) keep the item and only receive a 40% refund or 2) Send the item back at my own expense to China for $20 or more for a full refund.

I was charged twice in my bank account just this February 13, 2026, when I did not have anything to deal with them. I got two charges which says, “dining/ restaurants New York, NY”. How could I be in New York dining on that day, when I live in Maryland and was with my husband in the hospital admitted for a week. What I did was call my bank, disputed the transaction and had my card blocked and cancelled. How could this business charge our card, SCAMMERS!

I ordered on the 9th of February and have yet to receive anything, no product, no response at all. So I lost 41 dollars and I just want others to know what a scam this is. It is so sad that people cannot be trusted any more and you always have to be so careful in everything you do. Do not order anything from these people!!!!!

I only chose 1star so I could comment on these fraudulent ignorant no kind of morals so called people. I pray Karma comes hard upon you & all that are associated with this scam🙏🏽🤙🏽
