The zipper is broken and will not zip.

I paid for my Luux bags on a but one get 3 free sale. I also paid for shipping protection. I have received nothing. Nothing at all. I was buying the bags for travel friends. I am very disappointed. I would not recommend them to anyone. I even contacted the company twice. What a waste of time. After submitting my review my order has now arrived at my home. It took a month. SoI am amending my review because the bag does look nice. But I'm still disappointed that it took so long and information on the delivery process was lacking.

This bag is a scam. It is not leather, very poorly made and looks nothing like what they showed on their site. This is another scam company selling from China with a US address (but you have to send back to China and pay shipping) I am done buying anything from any company that I do not check the reviews first

In my opinion, this company is a joke and, the staff is full of scammers. I won't bore you with ALL the details but they were supposed to cancel my orders (2 of them for 3 bags) one day. The very next day they claim they shipped the bags apparently, so they will not have to/be able to cancel my orders. They THINK they are slick but have no idea what's in store for them! I'm in the process of suing them right now and, they are going to be investigated for deceptive practices, etc. Buyers BEWARE!

I ordered 2 bags and a vac seal pouch thing. I never rcvd my vac sealer or the pouch. Customer service takes 2-3 days to respond via email and they just reply with a robot response. I have no way of contacting them either and I juat want my money back!

HORRIBLE..CRAP COMES FROM CHINA FIRST OF ALL. SECONDLY, I ORDERED FROM THEM A MONTH AGO AND MY MOTHERS CHRISTMAS GIFT STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE OBVIOUSLY BOTS.

This company sucks. They haven’t called after they double charged me, and my bag still hasn’t been delivered. These people are scam artists.

READ THE RETURN POLICY! Their advertisement is very deceptive. Not returnable for all practical purposes. The material for the bag is flimsy, but I can overlook that if it works. It is difficult to pack, holding far less than is demonstrated. Anything packed in the large garment compartment causes the bag to be VERY DIFFICULT to zip closed. The bag has no real structure so its difficult to attach the wheels and roll (it just slouches into a mess). Customer must pay shipping to CHINA in order to get a refund. This is a scam.
