They quickly charged by credit card. No confirmation email was sent. Been more than two months and no decals have arrived.

Don’t expect to get your product, i had a glimmer of hope because a few of these people got theirs, but you don’t get a 2 star overal review for being a good business. Got pissed at me for asking for a refund, after it never cam, saying I was trying steal. BBB needs to know about this guy. He claims 15 people complain, absolutely laughable. Hands down don’t worst business I’ve ever dealt with, oh and plus he ships envelope so that way he can claim you’re lying because there’s no way to track it, and I guarantee he just doesn’t ship them, and calls it a conspiracy theory when you say he didn’t ship it😂, like the mail service is against ya dude

I do not see a lot of negative about luthier decals! Look at the thousands they sell per month for years and a very low negative. Walmart runs on a 2 percent negative which there is always negative people. I have read the reviews and never surprised how people will lie just to make them look right. Facts don’t lie. If you have ever ordered from luthier decals you either received your item or received a refund….plain and simple . If you’re rude…don’t expect a reply from anyone online. Most people look at the 99 percent positive not the negative. Not sure what 99 percent of these negative feedback is even talking about. Oh well if people feel better then keep posting. It actually helps boost google rankings lol! Some people you cannot make happy. Luthier decals never stole from anyone or google would shut them down. Do you see the google advertising on luthier decals…they are number one in google searches…again they are doing something right! Keep moving forward and let the negative people cry in their misery and lies.

What can I say aside from you never get the product product you order, you never hear from "Tim" the owner , and you just flushed you money down the drain. A true ripoff artist. Talkbass now also knows about it as well.

I ordered several guitar neck "water slide" logos which were not "in scale" and considerably smaller than an authentic logo. I did not realize this until I applied the sticker. I emailed Tim Mercer (from What If Productions, Luthier Decals, etc) and he replied “before you order make sure it’s the correct size and all decals are not authentic”. Sizes of decals are not stated on the Luthier Decals website nor are the decals pictured as applied so that one will know that the relative proportions of the decal are correct. I would not advise anyone to do business with this company. I purchase several decals which are useless and do not represent the quality and self-proclaimed “passion” that this company touts. In addition, the customer service is terrible.

"What you see is what you get! If you don't like it send it back". This seem to be Mr. Mercer out take on his business. Mr. Mercer did respond promptly to my email explaining my dissatisfaction on his product. A full refund was offered upon the return of the product. But the time, effort, and cost(envelope, stamp, gas...etc.) to do so was not worth it. And Mr. Mercer knows this! This is how he profits. The product I received from Luthierdecals,com had a very poor, print quality and specs compared to OEM. The black ink used was very poor. Mr. Mercer response to this was "All black ink will look translucent on white paper" Well Mr. Mercer this was going on a "WHITE" guitar. I also explained that the letter slant was different and the "Registration Symbol" placement was incorrect. Your decals may work for some and not others. I gave Mr. Mercer specific details and I believe great feedback to improve his product. He did not offer a replacement with any modified improvements, just a return product for a refund. I have indicated to Mr. Mercer that I would not use the decals on my restoration project. I have decided to keep the decals and use them for other labellings not requiring good quality. Based on the reviews written here you have 83% 1 star reviews the majority being print quality and 12% 5 star . The 12% you received had 5 reviews of which 1 was from you and 2 from employees. You don't have a BBB rating. And you don't allow direct Google reviews. WHY? All the rating sites are rating your business negatively. Note 83% 1 star reviews, you need to listen to what people are saying or asking of your business. Not everyone is trying to scam you or get something for free. Note to all readers. Take the time to search, there are better quality decals out there. Mr. Mercer please take the time to read these reviews good and bad and make the necessary adjustment.

Wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered. So very dissapointed. Completely un-usable Fender Mustang decal. Does not use metallic ink, looks very amateurish. Please DO NOT BUY from this vendor. Tim Mercer, do it right or not at all please.

Fender Stratocaster decal. Size sent was completely wrong, stretched way out of ratio.. I sent pics and even offered measurements to Tim which only stands to improve his business and product. Completely ignored the issue and keeps asking me for original pics of my logo, dude there's a reason I'm buying a replacement, the original no longer exists. No clear on these decals AT ALL they smudge to the touch and the "gold leaf" is just metallic dots. I can see from the reviews I'm unlikely to recieve a replacement so may aswell save another person making the same mistake
