LussoandluxReviews of lussoandlux.com

I have purchases a variety over 15 items from Francesca at Lusso and Lux. The items have ranged from scarfs, jewelry , wallets and purses. All items were as described or in better condition. They arrived packed very well. Francesca is my go to gal for all luxury resale items.

She is a breath of fresh air. So easy to talk to and kind hearted. Thank you for bringing to us all the amazing luxury items.

Frankie is the best. I absolutely love working with her. I have known Frankie since she has started her business. She has sold me items as well as sourced me items upon request. Everything that I receive, I am so happy with because she is honest, thorough and truly knows her clients. Items are in great condition and she takes the time to describe them in so much detail that you know exactly what you are getting. Not only is she an amazing reseller but she is an honest person and lots of fun! If you are looking for these qualities look no further. I have bought over 20 items and will continue.

From the moment I Purchase from Lussoandlux it was clear that Francesca prioritize customer satisfaction. She was friendly, engaging and went out of her way to make sure my purchase met my expectations . Since then I have purchased multiple items and her customer service and enthusiasm has never wavered. I notice during her lives she does not only provide this exceptional service to me, I am a witness to her extending the same exceptional service to her other customers. I highly recommend Lussoandlux to anyone looking for quality, high-end products, and a great Customer experience

Love, Love, Lussoandlux… Francesca is trustworthy and honest and that’s hard to say with so many “fishy” websites out there. She works with you to get your dream bags and never, ever pushes her products on you… she is so personable. If I could give 10 stars, I would!!!

Lusso and Lux is a very trusted small business. Francesca has a great eye for luxury and has the best prices! She will help source any luxury item for you.

Francesca is so wonderful to watch live and to work with via DM. Always does the best for her customers. She’s so honest and transparent with her items. I have built up my Gucci collection with her!

I’ve had the best experience purchasing luxury items from Lusso and Lux! Francesca ships the items fast and the items I have purchased are like new. Cannot recommend her enough!
