Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry for the confusion and that the service did not meet your expectations. LuqEE works differently from a traditional dedicated mining rental. We use a burst-mining model, where your purchased hash rate is delivered as an average over time. This means you may see periods of significantly higher hash power followed by periods where your miner is not actively submitting shares. The mining activity itself can be independently viewed on the public mining pool. We do try to be very clear and upfront about how this works throughout our website, during the signup process, and again when purchasing a miner. That said, we understand that LuqEE is a unique service and that the experience can be different from what someone expects when they first think of cloud mining. There are certainly other mining options available that may be a better fit depending on what you are looking for, and we appreciate you taking the time to provide this feedback.
