We’re sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with LuqEE. Solo mining is probabilistic, which means purchasing more hashrate can improve your chances, but it never guarantees that a block will be found. Some users may find a block quickly, while others may mine for a long time without finding one. To date, more than 35 individual LuqEE users have found blocks through the platform. We also count ourselves among those users because our development team found a block during the original prototype phase when we first launched the system in December. More recently, excess hashrate connected to the platform also found a block, and we are putting that value back into the community through an additional Power Mining event this week. We understand that solo mining can feel frustrating when the results do not match expectations, especially because the odds can be extremely difficult even with significant hashrate. We try to be transparent about those probabilities and never want users to believe that purchasing a subscription guarantees a return. We would be happy to review your account, confirm that your mining power was delivered correctly, and see whether there is anything we can do to improve your experience. Please contact our support team with your account details and mention this review so we can take a closer look.
