The product was supposed to arrive 7/10. However, it supposedly just left Denver, CO the afternoon of 7/13. I don't expect it will arrive before the end of this week. Also, it left Georgia and went to Colorado. I'm in Arkansas. I needed the product today, but didn't have it. Oh, and I can't review a product that I still don't have.

Masks are too small for my face. Mask part should be larger. Only good for normal to small faces. Large people noble to use. Very disappointing.

Ear pieces are too tight. These used to be great but now it gives me a headache.

Fabric holding the nose pin comes off very easily causing the metal to protrude from the mask, a little too close to the eye for comfort. While they advertise at hypoallergenic, my nose started reacting, to I assume, these masks. I look like Rudolph.

Never received a response to the email I sent about returning the black masks I ordered - still waiting. They are not the same as the first box of white masks that I had purchased over a year ago, not as soft and do not "spread" as far to properly cover my face. Need to return, still waiting for response several weeks later.

Not great quality unfortunately. The masks are thin and flimsy with no backing and they don't fit well under the chin. In other words, they just don't do their job very well. I wanted to support a company that was making their product in the US, but they're poorly made and I won't be re-buying. They were also packaged in groups of 5 instead of being individually wrapped, which actually turned out to be less convenient than if they were just packaged all together. On top of everything, shipping took forever.

First I want to say that "Made in USA" is very important to me. I love these masks because the fabric feels good, the masks provide full face coverage, and there is no off-putting smell to them. However, a majority of these masks' elastic ear bands snap off upon initially putting them on. I have thrown away so many of them after not being able to wear them at all and it's so frustrating.

Jennifer, I'm so sorry to hear that. We discovered the reason this happened to a few boxes- there was an ultrasonic welder on one of our machines that had intermittent issues. Very frustrating for us, because many times the masks were perfect, then all of the sudden... I'm happy to report that the welder was replaced as soon as we discovered the source of this issue.
