Order took a month to be delivered from an international company. Once received it was the wrong product from description. Decor was described as 30” height and I received a table top 9” size. I reached out to customer service via the Walmart app and they issued me a refund without any other explanation. It’s been an almost 4weeks and have yet to see a refund in my account. order# 2000140-84599257

The plastic they came in has a very strong odor which got into the mask. I spread the mask out the bed in my spare bedroom to see if the smell would go away and it has not. I have to wear mask due to the fact I am sensitive to fragrances and chemicals. I saw that these were made in the USA and thought they would be better but unfortunately I will not be able to wear them.

The Mesa toxic chemical free when I got the mask it wasn’t toxic chemical free you could smell heavy toxins the chemicals and fragrances my body is hypersensitive and his allergies that was the whole reason why I was buying a mask so it was false advertisement and now I’m stuck with the mask and can’t return it and I lost out that money

Received incorrect color. Ordered black, and order was delayed and received white masks instead.

The package it was delivered with was an Amazon Box, which was mutilated and op side. The boxes of mask inside were also mutilated. The packages of mask were out of the box and loose. I want this order replaced. I want to know why they were delivered in Amazon Box? I did not order these items from Amazon? I cannot trust your company to provide secure and safe delivery of the products you sell.
