The telephone shopping experience was tremendous. The sales representative named "Melody" was extremely willing to assist and answer questions without rushing. She was familiar with the products and knowledgeable about their use and the specifics of that use. On top of that, Melody was very friendly and polite. I received the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Thank you Melody and thank you Luosh USA. CRP

This is not the first time we have ordered face masks from Luosh USA. The quality of the product impressed us the first time, so when we were in need a second time we knew exactly where to go...same quality, same excellent response. Our order was processed quickly and we received the face masks within a VERY short time from order date. THANK YOU LUOSHUSA!!!

The product is great. It doesn’t smell like strong chemicals like the Chinese masks. I love they are individually wrapped. As far as shipping, it took 11 days to get to Madison Wisconsin.

Great products! I've been using this for quite some time. I would suggest it to anyone. Michelle, and Jeremy are great people to do business with. I love the fact that I can just call in my orders. Happy holidays to all! Kay Scheper

What I like is that Luosh is one of the few businesses that still take orders on the phone . And that they are located in the United States . I have had Identity Theft in the past and was advised to NEVER order online.
