Excellent service. Short time in the mail. I ordered the black masks and like them very much. They are much lighter and fit better than the white. However sometimes i feel like I need two masks for good coverage because they are so much lighter. Thank you for the product. M. Riggs las cruces, nm

There was a major mailing issue on the USPS side and the customer service displayed by Melody was above and beyond what I’ve seen in other retailers in various industries. She was patient and listened to the issue and was able to find a solution in relatively quick time. Like I stated customer service in my opinion is important and this is one company that has the staff able to execute that trait well. Disclaimer: I have not been compensated for this comment, I believe acknowledgement of someone doing their job well needs to happen here and there.

Finally got these in black so happy. I had the white ones before best masks I ever purchased.

Excellent Masks! So far the best mask I have used in the last year. Negligible smell that last a few seconds and no "dust" particles. No allergies. The delivery was on time and as expected.

How can you go wrong when your products are made in the USA! We need to support more companies like Luosh USA. I feel much safer knowing that the mask on my face is made in USA. Your office help were very helpful, and answered all my questions. This is my second purchase, and have highly recommended Luosh USA to many others. Charles Flynn

I have been using the white masks for quite a while and was thrilled when they added a black version. I had already ordered some black ones from another american company, but I decided to order some from Luosh too. No comparison!! The Luosh masks have no smell and I have no skin reactions. THe customer service and communication is perfect! I am very happy to be able to support this company!

Love that Luosh is made from US materials in a factory right in GA. It’s so important to buy from the US if at all possible. The masks fit well and have a solid construction. Second purchase, have never had any issue with the fit or quality. Nose bar flexes well. The bonus is now they have these in black! Would recommend to anyone who is still interested in protecting yourself and supporting the country.
