Service was excellent. Product shipped in a timely manner.

Great masks that are comfortable and cover your face well. I’ve been using these since Covid arrived on the scene.

Great Masks, packs of 3 to 5 individually wrapped, great product. Solid purchase!!!!

I called Luosh USA Customer Service Department prior to ordering, to ask some questions about their masks. The customer service representative was very helpful, and was able to answer all my questions. She was polite, knowledgeable about the product, and took time answering my questions. I was able to contact Customer Service via phone without any difficulty, and a very pleasant and polite person answered my call.

I have ordered at least three times since I found Lousch USA during the pandemic. They have always been very responsive to my order and it never takes as long as they state to receive my mask. I would highly recommend this company.

The best thing about this order is that the masks are made in the USA. Second is delivery is very quick and the masks are packaged so that they are not crushed during delivery. These masks are very comfortable and do not cause itching.

The strength of the elastic ear loops varies.
