I wanted to purchase masks that were made in the United States even though they were more expensive. I’ve used about 10 but have found that about 35% of the time the ear strap disconnects from the mask within a few minutes or just putting it on. I’m hoping that this isn’t the case with the entire box. I’m not a medical professional and just a regular consumer. I use these masks as back ups to several cloth masks and have them with me in my car. Update 11/17/20: although I did receive an immediate response to my review, I have yet to receive any follow up or replacement masks.

Marlene, thank you so much for your comment. Because of your description of the ear loop attachment issue, I know exactly when you placed the order. There was one other (rare) review reporting the same thing! This was a machine welder issue that did not get caught for several hours. Although an effort was made to find all of the affected boxes, it has become clear that many were missed. But rest assured, we're known for standing behind our product unconditionally.
