VG, thanks for the review and letting us know about the uneven ear loop issue. We've taken steps to correct the issue, which has come up from time to time in the last weeks. The ear loop material has had consistency issues in density, which affects the quality of the weld and finish length. A new supplier for ear loop material was chosen last month, and the new material is on its way. In the meantime, we have simply pulled affected masks during the quality control steps, but I see that we missed the mark with your order. I'm so sorry. Please send me us an email at fulfillment@LuoshUSA with your name or order number, and let us know that you're the one with this issue. I'd like to replace your order. We're known for the best masks made anywhere, but you can't come to that conclusion until you have flawless masks. At least, you can see why our customers come back to us through thick and thin. Hi JoAnn. Thanks so much for letting us know about your experience. We had a couple of orders with this issue, at the same time. I'm sorry about that. The short story is that we diagnosed the problem (consistency of the ear loop material) and replaced the material with a different manufacturer. The result was awesome. Hi Sharyn, thanks so much for your review. We use our face masks to protect our 5 year old daughter by tying a small knot to shorten each ear loop. This also works well for adults with smaller physiology. I hope this information may be helpful to you! Best regards, Luosh USA

Daniel, thank you so much for your comment. Because of your description of the ear loop attachment issue, I know exactly when you placed the order. This was a machine welder issue that did not get caught for several hours. Although an effort was made to find all of the affected boxes, it has become clear that many were missed. But rest assured, we're known for standing behind our product unconditionally. I am replacing your entire order today, and you will receive notice shortly.
