I've been a customer of Lunya almost right from the start. They used to make a wide range of loungewear that was easily adaptable to streetwear. It's pretty good quality and looks good on. Things have recently changed, however, and it appears it's the ownership. The styles have trashed-up, but very importantly, the shipping has become abhorrent. No more next day shipped, overnight received, shopping pleasures. I'm still waiting for my purchase from nearly three weeks ago to move to the next preparation station...before it's actually shipped to me. No more of that nonsense for me. They need to learn that people who give them money for a guilty pleasure want their purchase and they want it now. If I can't control myself to buy something else I'll find it at a department store.

I loved the og washable pj set. But everything else is quite messy fit wise. Overpriced and terrible sizing. They also make it so hard to leave a review on items.

Pajamas seem good but run quite large. While attempting to exchange, I sent emails, messages, etc for almost 3 weeks, and received no feedback whatsoever except automated messages with NO information. At this point I’d just like a refund but even that seems iffy. There is no way to contact the company except messaging, email & social, none of which they respond to.

Everything looks great on the website...because Lunya only uses very tall / thin models. In practice, the clothing is HUGE (even the XS sizes) and just won't work on smaller / shorter people. It's obvious that Lunya does not care about inclusive sizing (they have never responded to any of my inquiries), which is too bad.
