If i could give it a negative 100 i would..They totally and completely ruined my daughter's senior prom I ordered her dress in more than enough time I asked Nancy would it be ready by 13 April for my daughters event and she assured me it would be..My daughters prom is tommorrow and I've just received a picture of the dress and then she says it would be 2 to 3 business days before it arrives !!!!!What!!!! Nancy assured me the dress would be shipped out bt the 5th of April and now my child has no prom dress I am beyond angry and thinking about suing them for the stress and disappointment that my daughter is going through. All Nany had to do was tell me the dress would not be ready and we could have secured her another prom dress..Now we are racing and stuggling trying to find a dress for her TOMMORROW.I can't believe it and Nancy will not answer anyvof the messages sent to her and customer service sends you back to Nancy for answers I dont see a number to call them. As i read the other reviews i see there is a very common them to this company..THEY LIE TO GET THE MONEY AND THEN FAIL TO DELIVER AT THE REPORTED TIME. I dont care what the shipping time is Nancy assured my daughter and i that the dress would be there by the 13th.There has to be something that can be done about the lies they are putting out there to thier customers. I will never recommend the company to anyone and will speak of my horrible experience with them on every platform available to me.

So I ordered a dress from them in March and before I ordered I asked if it would be done by April 6th and they assured me it would be done and we did rush shipping! Then we received a email saying it will be here no later than April 4th. Well guess what,no prom dress!! I told them I wanted to cancel and just give me a refund seeing that I had to go buy another dress cause I didn't have a dress. They are just responding. They asked for my order number so I sent it. They responded back with it's shipped! After the prom and the facts that I cancelled. We still haven't received it. I'm going to tell any and everybody don't order from them cause it's poor customer service and spam! An I'm going to go on any site I can to bash them if I don't get my money back!! BBB here I come.

I am beyond frustrated with this company. My daughter Audrey ordered her dress in March with a rush order. Her prom is this weekend April 13 and we yet to have a response from Nancy or the company on the true status of the dress. My daughter has been emailing continuously. I believe it’s the company’s responsibility to inform their customers if the dress will be ready on time. We have 3 days until prom. I will be reporting this company if I don’t hear back or get the dress on time. I do expect a phone call from management of this company. If the dress is not ready on time a full refund should be expected as to the negligence of the company and stress/ distress that has caused us the customers. As well as this far the company has not shown any proof of the dressed progress. The company has not been truthfully communicating if the dress could be completed by the deadline. If the dress will not be done and delivered by tomorrow, Thursday I would like to cancel this order with an expectation of a full refund. As the company has not fulfilled their word and has is not provided proof that this dress was even started.

I started my dress order on March 1st hoping it was enough time to get my dress in time for prom April 13 and for them to ship it. So far it has just been in the producing stage and it’s april 5th I don’t think my dress is going to be here in time let alone finished. I tried contacting them to cancel but still no response. I had trouble initially with the hours Nacy worked( she was my designer) everytime I thought she was on the clock she ally was not and didn’t respond to my messages timely. I contacted what I believed to be an executive but they would just tell me to leave a message for the designer on the page. Right now I feel like I was cheated out of 300$ and i probably won’t go to my senior prom. I was looking forward to the dress. Hopefully I can at least get a refund.

I bought my prom dress on the 26th of February, 2019. I need it on the 27th of April. I emailed them after a whole month thinking it’d be done, however it wasn’t. They said it MIGHT get done by the 8th of April—this was an estimation. This wasn’t a custom dress either—it was a standard dress. I paid $70 extra for express production and despite that it took them this long. I ordered a long enough time before my prom. I know for a fact I’m not getting my dress before the 27th, shopping alone is going to take two weeks maybe even three. I cancelled my dress and will be receiving a 40% refund, as they do not offer a full refund. I will never ever shop from them again, I hope you read this and don’t either.

I never confirmed the lace my designer Tansy used for my dress. I had many concerns and told her the pattern looked way too tiny. She went ahead and made the dress with it anyway. A week later I asked to see how it was coming along because I was still concerned about the pattern and I was told to wait until it was finished. I finally see the dress and am INCREDIBLY disappointed. It looks nothing the original photo! I spent a lot of money, never received the dress, and was never given a full refund! If you didn't have the correct products or materials to create a passable replica of the dress, then you shouldn't have taken on the task. My prom was ruined, I had no dress having trusted their designer. I rejected the final product and told them to keep it but the photos they sent me when it was done look very cheap. The spaces between the lace are way too large and dark. It looks like large squares of brown skin showing through. The bottom/train of the dress is very flat and lacks the volume seen in the original. Responses took very long and they had poor pushy customer service. *** They wouldn't respond to me when I was worried about my dress but one bad review and they respond in minutes! Unbelievable!! Is this what your designers are doing? Doing damage control??

You are shown confirmation photos before your custom dress is shipped but be warned that the photos I was shown were VERY different from the original design and incredibly misleading. I was not told what dramatic deviations from the original design would be made AT ALL. The changes were only apparent after the order was accepted and the dress was already completed. By this point I could only receive a 40% refund. This leads me to believe they are happy to accept and shoddily attempt any custom design regardless of what they are actually capable of. The changes and functional issues were not obvious until the dress was delivered and tried on. The dress itself was too large and made to fit a generic mannequin, despite the measurements they requested/I sent in. The material is a cheap stretch fabric. The sleeves were an entirely different design that was nothing like that of the inspiration dress. The skirt of the dress moves and collects incredibly awkwardly (it looks like I'm smuggling a deflated bike tire in the hem of the skirt). When the dress is worn, within just a few minutes of walking, the top stretches, rolls, and pulls down exposing the top half of my body. These issues were not obvious from a posed photo on a still mannequin and make the dress completely non-functional as a dress. - - - - - According to their response to my review: "If we make the dress wrong, we always guarantee to provide full refund or make a modification before shipping." Apparently, making a dress "wrong" does not include making a dress too large or using design changes the customer was never notified of or agreed to. They claim their stretch fabric is not cheap. That's fair. I do not know how much they paid for it. But I can tell you that it looks and feels very very cheap. It is so stretchy and thin and unforgiving that the outline of any undergarments worn underneath will show through. (This despite discussing corset options with my designers. I suppose they assumed I just wanted everyone who saw me to know what bustier I was wearing.) It is so stretchy and thin that the horse hair hem they added to the skirt of the dress moves around my feet like the deflated bike tire I mentioned above. It is so stretchy and thin that the sleeves pull the collar of the bodice down when I move - stretching and rolling under its own weight until the entire front top of my body is exposed. But I'm sure they are paying a lot for this "quality" material. Check out the reviews on their site Very high ratings considering the customers continually mention misleading final product photos, incorrect sizing, and design changes they were not notified of or did not agree to!

I ordered a custom made dress, supplied all measurements and photos, when i recieved the dress it had been poorly made in the sleeve detail, certainly not the clean crisp look i was after (and nothing like the photos agreed on), and the arm hole was 9 cm too small (not the size sent to Lunss) so i could not even wear the dress. Recieved just before Christmas, due to them being closed over Xmas i did not contact them until early this year, now they are saying i should have contacted them by 3 days after reciept, so they will not accept it as a issue. VERY VERY disappointed, and it is unacceptable they will not correct their error.
