Received my Daughter’s prom dress this morning after confirming the dress picture Wednesday 4/10, very pleased with the quick shipping! Opened the package... and when I say it’s ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS😍 it’s STUNNING!!! When my Daughter got in from school and saw it, She instantly fell in Love! I’m not gonna lie though, my nerves where on touch and go for the past 3 weeks worried if it was going to come or not being that I placed the order February 17 But I’m 100% satisfied! Great job Nancy and LUNSS! FYI: order at least 2 months in advance of the event and you won’t be dissatisfied!

I’ve had a great experience with Lunss! I have no regrets with anything! Nancy was very professional and assured me of everything. Everything was perfect.

I ordered my daughter’s prom dress March 5 with rush delivery so I could have it by April 12. The production of the dress started immediately. The designer Nancy stayed in contact with me every step of the way, she sent fabric pics, adjusted the sizing even during the production stage since my daughter did lose a few inches after initial measurements. I did a little worried but April 3rd I revived final pics and the dresses was shipped in 3 days. I received the dress Monday April 8 and OMG ‼️ The dress is everything plus some. I can’t thank Luuns enough for making me a happy satisfied customer. I will shop again.

When I got my dress I was absolutely stumped how exactly the same product they made for with little customization that I wanted as to perfect amount. The material is so nice, each and every bead/pearl on the dress gives you feeling of hands with patience in it, very smooth and neat work. I didn't expect anything but excellency during the process of my ordering and making, I felt so much in ease, all the measurements fit me like I was standing infront of their eyes and settled super correctly on each part of my skin. Dress event: Brother's Wedding Production time: 46 days (Got to me much faster than that) Shipping: 3 days very reliable got it before the event all the way from HONG KONG

Honestly, this is the first time that I write a review and I am doing it because Lunss has provided me an excellent service, especially Tansy. At first, I was hesitant about ordering a dress online but after talking to Tansy and telling her my ideas for a dress, I felt more confident about it since she was so thorough and professional. Long story short, I ordered my dress during Black Friday Weekend and although the production time was supposed to be around 35 days, my dress was done in less time than that. The confirmation pictures looked amazing and my dress was even more astonishing. The only issue that I had was during the shipping part since the status of the dress wasn´t updating. I told Tansy about this issue and she inquired with the shipping company that apparently said they never received the dress. I WAS DEVASTATED, but Tansy offered to re-make a new dress for free. Although it really wasn´t the company´s fault that my dress got lost, and besides the fact that they didn´t have the responsibility of re-making a new one, they still did it which was the highlight of my experience with Lunss. I received my ¨lost¨ dress today in my mailbox and I couldn´t be happier with it since it wasn´t expensive at all and the quality is great. So far I have received a lot of compliments from my friends whom I have shown pictures of the dress.

My adventure with Lunss has been a great one and I must say that I am overwhelmed with the outcome of the wedding dress design we requested for my fiancee. We initially did not have much confidence and we were skeptical about online customization since we have never done this before and it was our first time. Nancy was able to help us with our dream wedding dress and promised to get us the same design we showed her. The communication and time spent on getting the right measurements paid off with the final dress coming out in style. It was all a red letter day when we received the dress and was overjoyed with it as it rightly fitted her. Thank you so much Nancy and your team at Lunss. We are very excited about the dress and your service.

I ordered my senior ball dress from Lunss and honestly could not have been happier, it was made exactly like the Sherri Hill dress I wanted but did not want to pay for, and it cost about half what the original dress did. Excellent craftsmanship and it fit me perfectly (other than having to get it hemmed) and there were even pockets! I’d recommend this site to literally any person who needs a good prom dress but doesn’t want to pay top dollar for it.

I loved my custom dress. I ordered it about a month or 2 before my reunion and hoped it would be here on time. It was and it fit perfectly. I got compliments all night. Even from people who I showed picture too
