Really impressed with how small and discreet these are. They’re simple to use, comfortable, and I like that Lunex gives you a few different models to choose from depending on what you need.

Ordered their Lunex Max bluetooth product. Waited more than 2 weeks (when they talk about ships in 2-3 days). Received the lower priced Lunex Pro (non-bluetooth) instead of what I ordered. Horrible customer service (can't reach a person, no delivery updates etc.)- and fraudulent business practices (sending lower cost/wrong product - have seen this in other reviews as well). DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

I purchased a set of hearing aids Mid March received the item and returned them the very next day. I never received a refund. Then I was told that they would send me the Lunex Max because of all my trouble. That item was never shipped. Ive been given promises and promises for months. With no resolution stay far far away from this company they are scam artists.

Lunex Hearing aids are exactly what I needed to improve my hearing at an amazing price. I was surprised how two small earbuds could deliver such excellent sound! They aren’t amplifiers, they actually help me hear conversations that I used to miss. I like that they are discreet so no one knows I’m wearing them. The extra silicone ear tips helped me achieve the perfect fit too. Best of all, the cost is a fraction of clinic hearing aids-as a senior that’s so important to me. So glad I found Lunex!

We use this hearing aid while watching tv! Love it. Makes it so easy to keep the tv at a normal sound for everyone else in the room while giving me the ability to hear the movie/tv. I also let my mom use them when her expensive pair needs charging. Her next pair will definitely be this affordable hearing device from Lunex!

Terrible customer service. My hearing aids finally came in 2 weeks later ( was told 3 Days). Bluetooth not working. Was told customer support would reach out, 2 days and nothing. Absolutely horrible. Put claim with bank since can’t get a hold with anyone to give me process for returning.

this company is a scam. I ordered a lunex max with bluetooth. It took 4 weeks to receive a lunex pro which has no bluetooth. these are $100 cheaper. They provided no rebate or replacement. Steer clear of these thieves

Lunex is a great company, and their products work great. The support team is the best. My daughter ordered a pair, and we needed some help troubleshooting. They responded through their live chat within minutes and resolved my questions. Need more companies like Lunex.
