WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEFS AND ARE A SCAM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

SCAM!!The company took over a month to ship product. Then shipped wrong product. I have been trying to get a refund for over two months and have been ghosted via email and the customer service phone line. When I called the line a women answered like a normal phone line in a Asian language then hung up on me. I called back and got Lunex machine!! Address not a Business!!

I placed my order on September 23rd. I received an emails stating the Max Bluetooth was out of stock. I requested a refund and it has been crickets every since that request was made. NO REFUND, NO SHIPPING UPDATE, NOTHING FROM THIS FRAUD OF A COMPANY! I wish there were (negative stars) to put on this company. DO NOT BUY FROM Lunex Hearing

Purchased Lunex Max Sept 1st 2026 on labor day sale. 3 weeks later received Lunex Pro. Much cheaper hearing aids. Requested refund and Lunex WILL NOT reply to emails or telephone. I have been waiting 7 weeks now with no results other than the CHEAP hearing aids sent. Caution Scam.

I ordered the beyond pro on July 9th. Received the wrong ones. I notified the company and was told the correct ones were being shipped on August 29th. I got all sorts of excuses why I hadn't received them yet. I requested that the order be canceled and all of a sudden, they were shipped. They arrived September 3rd. The left one didn't fit in my ear due to my small ear canal. I returned them and they received them on September 18th. It is now October 13th and I still have no refund. This company sucks. They will do everything to stiff the customer.

I was impressed by their ads and the 45day trail period so I order a set on June 22, 2026. I did not receive them in a timely fashion so I contacted them and was assured they would escalate my concern. I did receive my hearing aids on July 27th. (this is in a world where you can order something online in the morning and have it delivered that afternoon) They did not look or fit as described. The outer part was much larger and it did not fir down in the ear cannel. They had a very long plastic retrieval that stuck way out looking like a martian antenna. Even on the lowest setting they hurt my ears. After trying them a couple of weeks I sent a request on Aug 24 to return them. I had to badger them daily to get a return authorization and mailed them back on Sept 14th. They received them on Sept18th and I still have no refund as of Oct5th. when I contact them they tell me they will escalate (their favorite term) but nothing happens. Very disappointed in the product and more disappointed in their service.

Ordered hearing aids on September 4, they finally arrived on October 1st. So much for fast, free, 2 day shipping

How is that possible. You can try them out for 45 days and if you aren’t happy, they will refund you. And, if you keep them, you even get a lifetime warranty! The Lunex Air Hearing Aids are a new generation of affordable hearing aids so everyone has a chance to hear again. I personally know people who have spent thousands of dollars on hearing aids and ended up not wearing them because they didn’t like the way they felt or sounded. That’s one of the reasons I was so impressed with my experience with Lunex Air. For me, one of the biggest differences is something so simple—I used to watch TV with subtitles on all the time. Now I don’t need them like I used to. That says a lot. I’m genuinely grateful I found these. Making hearing more affordable can make such a difference for people who might otherwise go without.
