All I can say is wow and thank you for the good customer service. So here is the story, when I bought my dress it was delivered and stolen the very day. I contacted @luneeclatfashion about what happened, the customer service I received was beyond amazing. Yesterday I received the replacement dress they sent me and am more than happy ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. Continue with the good customer service ❤️❤️❤️ and quality products you have.

I have ordered two dresses
I have ordered two dresses One was exactly as on the photo but size was very small on me But second dress … which I planed to wear on new year celebrations…. This online shop not selling dresses which is on the photos ( for me experience was 50/50 ) One same on photo ( but size … One no , exactly another textile , not silky as on photo They ruined my New Year celebration Very long delivery Very bad quality And high price for that kind of service ( it is my opinion) No return I don’t like it at all

The dress is exactly like the picture
Very good experience. The dress is exactly like the picture, very beautiful, the only issue was that the waiting for it was too long, but this may not be the Lune Éclat Fashion fault's.

First of hat all I need to say that event I didn’t keep the dress , the quality of the dress was amazing. I didn’t keep it because it didn’t look like on me . About the customer service was amazing too . I got response very quick all the time

AI adjusted product images
I was about to purchase a dress and then decided to check the photos via google image search. Then I found the original in another store, it seems that this store uses AI to slightly change the model and then use the stolen photos in their page. So I think the dress in reality looks much different as this is not their product that is show in images.

Great customer service despite a sizing issue.
I didn’t order the correct size and expected a slightly thicker fabric, but their customer service was excellent. They replied quickly, processed my refund smoothly, and were always polite. I would definitely shop with them again 👗🖤

I placed an order 16 days ago, and I still haven’t received any shipping information. I’ve tried contacting the company, but there’s no response whatsoever. This is very unprofessional and not trustworthy. I do not recommend shopping here.

DONT DO IT!!
DONT DO IT!!! Worst company ever. The items took forever, then came looking like they came from teh Dollar Store. Not as pictured and loooked extremely cheap. The returns process was so fraudulent. They gave me the run around for several days. Then they tried to charge me $60 to return.
