Unfortunately, I ordered a dress in a size that was too small, but customer service was truly very kind to me, guiding me step by step through the process for a size exchange or a possible return. The dress is very beautiful and the quality is excellent. I hope the larger size fits me well, because it would truly be a shame not to be able to wear it to my friend’s wedding ☺️

The dress arrived with a defect and was also much bigger than expected. It did not fit a size small at all and was completely unsuitable. I did not like it at all and will not be wearing it. This was a disappointing experience, and it will be my last time ordering from this website.
