return policy is disappointing!!!
Your return policy is very disappointing. You have offered two options: either I keep the item and purchase another item of the same value, or I keep the item and receive only a 25% refund. Neither option is acceptable to me. The quality of the product is not satisfactory, and the size does not fit me at all. Therefore, I do not want to purchase another item from your store, and I do not wish to keep the product. I simply want to return the item and receive a full refund. Please reconsider your decision and provide a proper return and refund option in this case.
