Mark Robert Turner is the guy!!! Don’t ever lose him, he’s my Lunchbox guru. He’s so good that after one meeting, I was crowned 'Coupon Queen' because his tutorial was that amazing. Beyond that, I’ve heard nothing but positive feedback about him from the entire Inday team. We appreciate his patience and how enthusiastically he explains even the most mundane details. You better hold on to him tight, if I were a SaaS company, I’d swoop him up in a second! Special shoutout to Chiyu as well, another incredible support!

Mark and RB are amazing! Their knowledge and ability to explain how to make changes to coupons as well as a follow up call to assist with validations is TOP NOTCH customer service!

We recently had the privilege of working with Lunchbox to transition from V 1.0 to V 2.0. The migration was seamless, with the Lunchbox team offering encouragement throughout the entire process. In addition, we’ve integrated the new Wallet Drop feature into our marketing strategy and we look forward to seeing the impact it has on our business!

Mark was great and very helpful!

Mark is always great at providing support and clearly showing how to fix issues.

Working with Mark and Nathalie is like having the dream team in your corner. Their expertise isn’t just impressive—it’s a masterclass in competence delivered with grace and an oh-so-necessary sense of humor. When I’ve stumbled, they’ve never resorted to condescension. Instead, they’ve guided me through solutions with clarity and patience, turning potential frustration into genuine learning moments. Their commitment is unwavering, their knowledge deep and expansive, and their approach refreshingly human. It’s rare to find people who are not only exceptionally skilled but also genuinely invested in your success. Mark and Nathalie set that gold standard.

Nathalie made our transition to 2.0 seamless and stress-free. Her around-the-clock support, prompt responses, and genuine investment in our success were truly exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was handled flawlessly. I can’t recommend her highly enough!
