Replacement headboard arrived just perfect this time. Appreciate the fast turnaround time on the replacement for the damaged one!

Awesome company... awesome furniture!

Beautiful piece of furniture. Very heavy and sturdy. Came well packaged. Customer service was top-notch. They updated me immediately re: a backorder and happily accommodated my needs because of this. I highly recommend Luna Furniture.

I was worried to order given some poor reviews and BBB stories. However, my item arrived in pristine condition, packaged well, and super quick arrival.

The experience was nothing but outstanding and I'll definitely be a returning customer.

Great product. Only thing, wished they would've taken the empty box to trash it came in.

I recently purchased a sectional from Luna Furniture, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The sectional I chose is nothing short of amazing. It’s not just beautiful , it’s also incredibly comfortable. Customer service was another highlight. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. The delivery team was careful, respectful, and had everything set up perfectly in no time. This experience was a 10/10.
