I was pleasantly surprised at how fast it was delivered and that most of the furniture was already built. The communication for tracking the delivery could be better. The manual for building the furniture should be easier to understand.

I like the furniture I chose. I had a minor defect on one of the coffee tables , but I was able to repair myself. However everything worked well. Getting a hold of customer service was a little difficult, but they answered. The only thing I think this place needs to improve is just answering the phones better and remove the recording that they are very busy with customers. Answer the phones! Your customer are very important for your business My furniture looks beautiful in my backyard. My furniture came from the CA warehouse
