I was somewhat apprehensive to buy from a company I knew nothing about and wasn't local. The team contacted me within a day or so to advise me the items were not in stock but I should expect it in mid-August. They offered alternatives in case the timeline was too long but these were to match pieces we already had so the wait was fine. I was kept updated along the way and my furniture actually arrived a few weeks earlier than expected. The delivery team also placed the items in our garage away from the sun and potential weather. The dressers look great in their new home and Luna, along with the delivery team, exceeded all my expectations.
