Hello! I want to say that I absolutely love my kitsune cloak. It's so soft and boy can you tell it will keep you warm. I used it for a short bit one night to do some grilling for dinner. Didn't notice the cold. I also received two other pieces (leggings and hooded crop top) of the kitsune collection as gifts and love them. By the way, thank you for offering it in blue too, it's my favorite color. I'm a very satisfied kitsune!

It was my first time needing to interface with customer service, with a cloak coming back as a different color than I saw when I ordered it. Customer service was super responsive, helpful, and gave me everything I needed for a return, making the process super easy. 10/10 would recommend for both product quality and customer experience.

Got cloaks for me and my partner. Very happy with the purchase. The design looks great. They are warm but not unnecessarily heavy. Excited to wear them at an upcoming festival soon. I can foresee that this might become my go to festival cloak!
