I don’t even know where to begin. This is our 2nd time dealing with this company. If you want your order to take 3 months or longer to arrive with absolutely zero helpful information from customer service just copy pasted useless responses then sure order from here.

DO NOT BUY IF YOUR IN THE UK!!!!!!I used this company before so I trusted them to send my purchases properly as there extremely expensive paid over 100 pounds in my money to have it properly shipped only to be then told by the postal service that the did NOT ship the items correctly didn't pay the correct postage that I had paid for encurring in me haveing another 100 pound charge to have it delivered due to company error that's 200 pounds in shipping I had to pay its just not worth it or the risk please don't get ripped off like I have absolutely devastated there customer service is disgusting they take absolutely no responsibility for there error saying its out of there control when I have proof that I was charged due to there shipping error there extremely rude and dismissive ill be buying elsewhere from now on ill never ever use this company again

The wait is real. Website made it sound it only takes a couple weeks. I get it you make them to order. I waited a month before emailing to ask what's taking so long. That stretched to two months. This I can forgive too. But when finally received cloak it was the wrong size. Receit in bag has correct size so took pic of size on cloak 3 sizes lower the one I ordered and what's on receipt.

Poor quality, and their sizes are not made for normal people, cool designs though.

Do not buy from this company. If you do not like the product and return it you will not receive a refund other than a gift card to buy something else with charges that reduce your original payment to next to nothing.

SCAM. Be prepared to wait at least 2 months, and that's if you keep hounding them and putting up with their excuses. They also refuse to cancel the order and do not provide a full refund. The product is cool looking. Not the best quality, definitely made in China. Paypal also did nothing to get the money back and supports their scam vendors.

Website says 15 days to construct then ship your item, while promising updates along the way. I ordered my item 2 months ago, has not shipped, have received no updates but am inundated with their marketing emails. I have emailed a half dozen times to inquire about my item and a day later receive a dismissive email explaining its a custom item ( a pair of board shorts). Still no word on when my item may be done and ship. I purchased these for an event that happened a month ago, so will be useless to me now. Inquired about refund and was refused. As to the item itself, I have no idea if it is as advertised, still waiting. Seems to me setting realistic expectations for your customers should be a priority in good business. I'd recommend changing the website to reflect reality, as now I'm just disgusted with my experience here which doesn't make me excited to wear their product if it ever does come.

I wish there was a way to give a lower score. I placed my order with Lunafide on March 19th and still to this day have received nothing but the same empty responses / promises from their bot like customer service representative called Bella. That's right, 46 days after my order, it still hasn't shipped, they promise that 24 hours after your order they will have started working on your order, I know of blind elderly people that would work faster than this. If you've ordered anything from them, start working with whatever payment provider you worked with in getting your refund. If you're thinking of ordering from this chinese scam company RUN AWAY NOW!!!
