I had purchased the Munnin Cloak for my significant other for Christmas on December 3rd. Let's just say that I am beyond words for this amazing piece of art. It was crafted and arrived on time for Christmas day! It's so soft and warm, especially in the fridging cold winds we've been having lately. Deep pockets, perfect for keeping and holding keys ect. Very unique and vibrant. Very pleased with the cloaks and now thinking I need to get me one when I can.

Great website and ordering. Took bit longer to receive the product. Customer service was great and very responsive. Product is great!

Was a little long in wait - quotes 2-3 weeks But it was actually almost 2-1/2 months

I been shopping with this group when they started on Face Book, I like the designs the proces were a little up form me at the time but gave it a try. The package was slow, but I had thought it would and it was a try any way, when the jacket arrives did was worth the wait the artist did great with the look and how it was put together it kept the wind out and fit well. But has the company grew they started havening some difficulty but in time they reduced the issue, but the quality was not in effect, and they do have some work to do on shipping but for a growing company they seem to be working hard on fixing that. My whole family enjoys the product, and its quality has not been left behind, for my boys who are 6 feet + woold like them to go bigger in size so fits them better, they would gladly take the blankets the wool ones are the favorites for my family.

I love the shirt I ordered from Lunafide and the quality is excellent. I did wait about 3 weeks for delivery. When I sent an email asking about the order status, I was told that delays were because each shirt was hand made to order and that 3-4 weeks were natural wait times, and 2 days later I got an email that it was shipped. So was happy I didn't have to pester them again later as I was expecting a shorter delivery wait.

Loved the product (Loki hooded cloak)!! 4 star was for not accommodating misapplied discount after order submission (so ensure promo code included in advance) and long delivery time beyond online estimate (5 wks to receive).

Great design and very good and open minded support.

Some error happened as they never got shipped and sent. Messaged the support center and got a quick reply. They bumped it up the chain and I got the leggings and tops soon after. They got good. I should've gone with high waisted ones but didn't see them at the time. Only improvement I'd suggest would be adding pockets to the leggings and have some in capri length
