Hi Anna, oh wow, thank you so much for this, you have no idea how much we love hearing this. The whole reason we designed the Cloud pillow the way we did was to work for every kind of sleeper, side, back, all of it, so reading that you're comfortable no matter how you lay is honestly the dream outcome for us. That softness mixed with proper support was the exact balance we were chasing, and knowing it's actually helping you sleep more soundly makes every late night of design work feel so worth it ☁️ If you ever need anything at all, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected], we'd love to hear from you again. Hi Momo, thank you so much for writing this, it really means a lot. Neck tension is one of those things people quietly live with for so long that they almost stop noticing it, so reading that yours has eased up and that you're sleeping better is honestly such a beautiful thing to hear. That balance of comfort and proper support was exactly what we were chasing when we designed it, and knowing it's landing the way we hoped makes all the difference on our end too ☁️ If you ever need anything at all, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected], we'd love to hear from you again. Hi Andrew, oh wow, thank you so much for this, it genuinely got us emotional. Neck and back pain has such a quiet way of taking over your mornings, and reading that you're actually waking up feeling so much better and that life just feels easier because of it, honestly there's no review better than that. This is exactly why we started Lumuwala in the first place. Wishing you many more pain free mornings ahead ☁️ If you ever need anything at all, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected], we'd love to hear from you again. Hi Shaina, thank you so much for taking the time to share this, you don't even know how much we love hearing this. The cooling technology was honestly one of the features we spent the longest perfecting, because waking up hot in the middle of the night is one of those small things that quietly ruins your sleep. So reading that it's actually making a difference for you is such a win. And the fact that it adapts to how you naturally sleep is exactly what we hoped people would feel ☁️ Hope you fall even more in love with it the longer you use it. If you ever need anything at all, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected], we'd love to hear from you again. Samantha Lumuwala Customer Care Team 💜
