I wish I had read reviews before my purchase. I thought I was getting quality rechargeable led lamps given the price. The pictures on their website absolutely do not match the product delivered. Customer service is rude and argues over their products. I ordered 2 gold, I was sent one gold and one rose gold. I emailed the company and they said that it’s impossible I received rose gold because they do not offer it… It literally on the box says “ROSE GOLD”!! They refuse to acknowledge that maybe their warehouse or manufacturer sent the wrong color. It’s not just the off color, the quality of the lamp is cheap and the led light is extremely poor. Lesson learned to not buy products from companies that don’t back their products and who treat customers horribly.

Ordered two lamps, one arrived damaged and broken, lamps seem to be extremely cheap quality and they smell like plastic. I am pretty sure I won't get any refund from this company, but let's see..

BUYER BEWARE! If I could give a zero rating I would. Bought two and they are quite expensive. They advertise a “Crystal” cylinder but it is a plastic lucite cylinder. Definetly not Crystal in any way shape or form. These were purchased as gifts for clients that didn’t show up for a month and when they arrived they had shipped from China is cheap plastic bags and the boxes were smashed and the contents were damaged. The lucite was scratched and with gouges. When I asked for return authentication it took another month and 16 emails for them to go back and forth with me stalling and now they say they are sending me new lucite pieces which I guess I am now supposed to fix myself. TERRIBLE product TERRIBLE customer service. These look like something you would pick up in a garage sale. Cheap crappy, bad quality.

Shipping was slow, customer service is non-existent. I'm trying to return the lights because 1 (of 2) is already broken. Their "customer service" isn't responding to my request for return. DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE PRODUCT!

The light is a well built but the color of the crystal has a yellow tint and the shade of yellow that the light gives out is not what I expected. It does not have the Xtal feel. Since there is no free return and shipping it to China can be expensive, I just threw it out.

I haven’t yet received the item, but I’ve been asked by email several times to provide a rating, so here it is. I’ve been waiting almost a month for the product.

Never received the product. Emailed the company and never received a response.
