Horrible customer service experience. They sold me a spoiled and defective product and want me to pay return shipping. Even though the website says they'd make an exception (which of course they should) for defective products. It's not my fault so I shouldn't have to pay. That's been the standard forever. And the rep lied and refused to help me. I'm switching to five gummies. Their customer service is amazing! Lumi:s 2.5 star rating is pretty fitting. A bit high but that's also fitting considering what they sell. Lol

Didn't do anything for my restess nights. Went through the first bag, wanted a refund, they said to try a little longer. Went through 4 bags. Still nothing different. But in reading the fine print, refunds are only good in the first 60 days. And because I ordered that 4th bag, it was a subscription and forgot to cancel it. So I have another bag sitting here I don't know what to do with.

Product is hemp based although they do not disclose this. Sent it back at my expense with their RA number. Never heard a word. Several emails later they offered a smaller refund with no explanation. This company is a scam and does not do what they say that they do. NOT RECOMMENDED.

As someone with chronic pain and some new symptoms, maybe connective tissue issues, these are amazing. While I do wish Lumi would do 10mg, or 15mg, I can take 2, 5mg for pain relief, and still function! I buy these for daytime use so I can be out and around people, and get stuff done. I don’t like that I am in this situation, but I’m glad I had tried these a few years ago. I remember thinking they had more psychoactive effect then, but I’m glad I feel the pain relief without the high. I have other brands, I use for different reasons and a better euphoric effect if I am at home, depending on my pain and schedule. For my sleep issues, no delta 9 will let me sleep. Only delta 8 does that. Ultimately, I think 10-15mg is a good dose, and most will not respond to 5 mg alone, and 1mg, is a joke to me, but I think that’s because of my pain level. I can get away with 7.5 mg (1 1/2 gummy), but now I do 10 mg, and probably because of tolerance. I was off gummies for 3 yrs before changes in pain, and I don’t feel like my tolerance decreased much while off. I hope this helps someone understand the purpose of LUMI gummies from my perspective. I don’t think they deserve a low rating, vs maybe a different perspective. As far as fee items not included, or acct issues, I am sure that’s not great..the gummies, though, as far as I’m concerned, serve a purpose.

Just bought and nothing that states come “ free” was in package. Sure I received the gummies but where are all my “ free” things stated in the order? Don’t waste your time and go to a more reputable company. Update: They responded and offered me a useless $5. They stated that they ran out of all the free stuff. Well then, you should not have told potential customers that they were getting four free things. This company obviously does not care about their customers. Go elsewhere and don’t fall for their lies like I did.

I don't have much experience in the way of edibles, but I saw this company being advertised with For Your Amusement on YT, and decided to try them. I guess the gummies are fine but I don't have much of a frame of reference. My issue is: the website is terrible. I constantly have problems trying to sign in, and the only way I can access my account is if I find specific emails they've sent to me and follow the links in them. I can't just go to the front home page and sign in, nothing loads, and this has been a problem for months. Then, on July 31st, they send me an email telling me that it's the last day to use any reward points I've accumulated. Literally on the last day is when they notify me. So I get into my account and try to redeem my points for products, and would you know it? The website malfunctions. It will not accept my discount codes at all. I continuously get error messages. To top it all off, I have been in touch several times since them, via email, phone, and text message, and not a single reply. Worst company ever. I will be looking for another company to purchase my products through.

I went to a local dispensary here in town and I ended up getting a couple bags of these gummy’s thinking they would do the job, but to my surprise they didn’t do anything to me, I just don’t understand why there so expensive when there such low doses and the flavor I got wasn’t the best tasting either unfortunately. I really had high hope because I’ve gotten low dose candys before and they where amazing, but these just didn’t do the trick at all and I didn’t really feel anything but did end up getting a pretty bad headache. But I ended up doing some research and found out there hemp based and that explains why they didn’t work, just really disappointed with my purchase:(
