DO NOT BUY! Like all the other reviews j bought two bottles and DID NOT knowingly sign up to a subscription yet I get charged £45 every two weeks and two bottles arrive. I have emailed requesting they stop charging me, stop sending me the bottles and cancel all and any subscriptions fraudulently created by them but they do not respond to any emails. I have contacted my bank to block any further charges and they are carrying out investigations. I am in the process of reporting them to Trading Standards via the Citizens Advice Bureau and will pursue a criminal investigation into them taking money from my account without my consent. The product is not as described on their website so I will also be reporting them to the Trading Standards Authority. Please do not buy from them and save yourself from this trouble.

I was really excited to order this product from Lumie Paris. I even signed up for a subscription. So I placed my initial order… and it never came. It’s been 7 weeks. Since then, they have continued charging my card every 2 weeks for recurring orders that I have never received. They have no phone number listed and they are refusing to respond to any of the dozens of emails that I have sent them trying to get my subscription cancelled. They have stolen close to $500 from me. I believe this company is fraudulent and I am trying to sort it out behind the scenes as the company refuses to acknowledge me. Update in response to their reply: My order was NOT delivered. I never received a single thing from Lumie and I can prove it. I am currently in the process of disputing the charges. I have repeatedly emailed the company with very little response and zero resolution. I have also not been refunded. This company is lying.

First off, the company charged me but I never placed an order. Secondly, I never signed up for a subscription, and they charged me two weeks after my original order. I have emailed them to cancel my so-called "subscription" and am waiting to hear back. Based on what I read here, I may have to email again, and again. I filed a dispute with my CC company so we'll see what happens.

This is a scam company. I ordered 2 bottles of oil and did NOT sign up for a subscription but they have been sending me two bottles every two weeks and charging my card. They will not respond to emails even though this is on their website "Response Time: We pride ourselves on our quick response times and typically reply within 10 business hours". NOT TRUE!!! They also have a "60 day No questions no risk asked refund policy" They do not respond and they keep shipping and billing - There is no ability to cancel from their website - I have emailed more than 20 times at this point and no response.

This company is a SCAM!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! The product is basically watered down baby oil. No # to call, only and email. I have been emailing over a month multiple times to return the order with no response. And on top of it, they have charged be 2 additional times and shipments I did not authorize or even give them my new CC info which i had to cancel and get a new account, and some how they got my new card information. I feel so stupid for falling for this. So DO NOT purchase anything from them!

Same as other folks. Didn't sign up for the subscription - and after two weeks (and had only received the initial order 2 days prior) - was charged again. Sent 4 cancellation emails requesting acknowledgement of cancellation (without ever getting one). And then after another two weeks (and attempting to cancel with credit card company) charged a third time. Heads up - they put a "token" on your credit card - so even if you change your credit card number - they can still charge you. You can request having the token removed from your credit card. Also - have still not received shipment from 2nd charge - and unable to get 3rd charge cancelled. I have filed a fraud/dispute claim with the credit card company, and will report to the Better Business Bureau. BTW - The product is available on Amazon for less $$.

I ordered two bottles but did not sign up for the subscription. After a few weeks I received an email telling me that they were sending another shipment. I immediately wrote back to say I did not sign up for the subscription and did not want another shipment at this time. A few days later I received another email saying the product was shipped. I again replied in an email that I did not want it and asked how to return the items. I did not receive a reply to either email.

UPDATE...After at least 20 emails "customer support" (LOL) emailed and said they saw my review on Trustpilot and they wanted to know what they could do to get me to change my review! Are they serious? I've asked for a return shipping label over 20 times. Now they say I can mail the product back to China(at my own expense), what happened to Paris? Or, I can keep it and they will give me 20% of what they stole from me. I canceled the order within the first hour after I placed the order. They shipped it anyway. Now they want me to pay a ridiculous amount to return it to China or keep it and only get 20% credit. This company is a bunch of scamming thieves!
