Not worth the $
I don't feel like this ring is worth the money I paid for it. It is very lightweight and doesn't have any weight to it that a more quality ring would have. Also, I ordered a size 7 ring and it is much bigger so it just slides and turns all over my finger. I think it is also hard to keep in place because it is so lightweight. I would return it, but you only get store credit and have to pay the return shipping fees and they may deduct restocking fees. It's sad because I really wanted to like it. It did come in a nice box. I wish I could more easily exchange the size for a smaller one, then I'd probably be a bit happier with it.

Dear customer, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re truly sorry to hear that the ring did not fully meet your expectations. Our designs are intentionally created with a lighter and more comfortable feel for everyday wear, but we completely understand that personal preferences regarding weight and fit can vary. We’re also very sorry to hear that the sizing felt larger than expected for you. We genuinely appreciate your honest feedback regarding both the sizing and return experience, and we’ll absolutely share this internally with our team as we continue improving our products and customer experience. We’re very happy to hear you liked the packaging, and we truly wish your overall experience had felt much more satisfying from start to finish.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration regarding the delivery delay. While our estimated shipping time is usually around 10 working days, international deliveries can occasionally take longer due to customs processing, local courier delays, or high shipping volumes beyond our direct control. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused, especially considering the value of your order. Please rest assured that we take situations like this very seriously and always aim to provide a much smoother experience for our customers. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Cheap Looking
The earrings look nothing like the photo!
Response from Lumer AuraMay 7, 2026
We’re truly sorry that the earrings did not meet your expectations. As this design features natural moss agate stones, each stone is naturally unique in color, pattern, and texture, which means no two pieces will ever look exactly the same. We always do our best to present our jewelry as accurately as possible through our photos, however natural gemstones may appear slightly different in real life due to their organic characteristics, lighting, and individual variations. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and are truly sorry that this piece was not what you expected. Thank you again for sharing your experience with us.

Product quality
The bracelet arrived in perfect condition and it is incredibly beautiful I recommend ordering here The clasp is really fragile though, it broke when I was wearing it on my hand.
