Extremely disappointing quality and concerning price difference I placed my order with Lumer Aura on July 29, 2026, and it was delivered on August 19, 2026, around three weeks later. After returning from travel, I was finally able to properly inspect the item. I was extremely disappointed with the quality, materials, finish, and overall appearance. In my personal experience, the product I received does not reflect the premium quality, craftsmanship, or value I expected based on Lumer Aura's presentation and pricing. What concerned me even more was what I discovered afterward. I found what appears to be the same bracelet being sold on SHEIN for only CA$19.90. The SHEIN listing describes the product as 925 Sterling Silver with CZ, and the design appears to match the product I purchased from Lumer Aura at a dramatically higher price. I have saved screenshots and links to both listings. Seeing this comparison after receiving an item that I already considered very poor quality was extremely disappointing and raised serious concerns for me about the value and presentation of what I purchased. I have contacted Lumer Aura requesting a FULL REFUND to my original payment method, not store credit. I will update this review with their response and the final outcome so other customers can see how the company handles this complaint. At this stage, this review reflects my genuine experience with the product, delivery time, quality received, and the information I discovered after my purchase.

Very disappointed. Bracelets came too small.you can’t Return them. For one of them they offered a very ugly extension which has nothing to do with the design at all. The other one they couldn’t do anything and the compensation was ridiculous. Customer service is less than one star.

Hi, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we sincerely apologize that the bracelets did not fit as expected. We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially when the solutions we offered did not meet your expectations.
