Hi there, thank you for the review, as a small company we love to help each and any client that reaches out to us in any way possible. Light therapy, as you may know from experience shared, is a cumulative process where over time your pet will see results. Some will respond much faster, and this can vary depending on health, age, condition etc. As with your Bassett Hound, it may be that they need more treatments for their ailments. We always recommend having a consistent treatment cycle. Most clients do treatments daily, twice a day, per individual area. While you may not see the same results from one pet to another, just like us everyone responds differently, and lack of response initially does not always mean it’s not working for them. We highly recommend giving them treatment as well and maybe upping it to 3 times per day per area.
