I was so confused as to how I kept getting more of a product I rely on but have too much of. Enter Sandy. She somehow helped get my products in order and presented a time out period of recovery thus continuing on with a more evenly based plan. She got it right when I couldn’t. The representative did well as been timely in the response to my questions. I do not know whether the information went beyond her to the upper level levels about the shipping routes being so convoluted. My concern is that supplements are fragile and susceptible to temperature changes. I ordered, the label was created in Salt Lake City, Utah… I live in St. George Utah, which is a 4 Hour Dr. I show shipping routes from Salt Lake City Utah, to New Jersey, to California, to Las Vegas, to St. George, Utah. The routing seems to be weird, especially for fragile products, such as supplements. Suggest that Luma simplify their shipping routes.
