The wig was not lace or human hair, very cheap and bad quality wig. I paid for express shipping but the wig took 3 weeks to arrive! The packaging was a plastic bag and the wig was balled up in the bag!!! I requested a full refund. I’ll never order from this place again. The liesssss!!!! the liessss!!!! I waited 3 weeks for such a horrible product!

TERRIBLE, I ordered a wig from here, waited 17 days for it and when it finally did show up, it was the wrong colour, wrong length, not thick enough, no lace, just over all extremely bad😡🙄. Wasted my time and money and will NEVER purchase another item from this website again!

Dear LULUHAIR, I have emailed you twice now 6 days ago and no response I received my order today and when I opened it it had 2 Natural Sexy Wave Brazilian Hair Lace Wigs instead of 1. This other wig was not enclosed. The 140% Human Hair Wave/Straight Wigs Brown Color × 1 Wave / 18 Inch $22.00 I wonder if your a real reputable company. Don't your staff read the orders before they despatch them. This is unacceptable and want a full refund. Yours faithfully, Miss Edward's
