I’m disappointed and dissatisfied with both items I purchased. I tried both out and I wish I could return them. Low vibration… I cannot feel a thing… feels like knock offs. I purchased the 7+, 3-4 years ago and it’s more powerful than both and still works today.. I want my money back

I miss my Lulu7. She lasted me years and after her tragic passing, I decided to upgrade to the Lulu11. Lulu11 has excellent vibrations and variations. The size and shape make for a comfortable grip. The downside unfortunately includes all the options which wouldn't be on the downside if only there were more buttons to help the user cycle through. With only 1 button that controls the type of vibrations and 15+ types to change through, there's no reset or going back. You simply have to click back all the way through. Which....on top of the buttons not standing out from other accents on the grip, if your finger or hand slips or you instead hit the wrong button.....it makes it that much more difficult to achieve your goal(s). Having experienced this latest Lulu, I would easily go back to my original Lulu7 with similar amazing vibration options and easy to locate buttons.
