My bed frame broke because the screws that held two of the bed frames together failed. I had to reinforce all four corners with additional screws but I still don’t trust it. Also, if the supporting boards in the middle are not exactly on the right or left side (left or right of the center), then they will fall out. I am replacing the wooden frame with a metal frame. Just me that sleeps on it, no bouncing, just sitting on the edge to get dressed and sleeping at night. Too much drama to get a good night’s sleep.

When i first got this bed,California king mattress, I thought it was the best bed I've ever had. Ive had it for 8 years. Around 7 years the support in it has started to decline. Lately the support in the mattress has drastically went down. Visually the mattress is fine. Ive tried calling them and saying lately this mattress has been hurting my back and I keep sinking into the middle of it. They sent me a topper for it. But that maybe lasted a week. My back is in constant pain. I felt like I just got the run around. With little to no avail. I am a bigger guy around 340. My back is just getting worse with this mattress. They want pictures if it, if it has 1.5 inches of sag but it doesn't have sag. It just bounces back. Ive slept on the edges and no matter what I wake up in a hole in the middle. When I first lay down its fine but after like 20 minutes or 30 minutes it just feels like my hips are laying on the boards underneath. I loved this bed when i purchased it. but idk if I will be a return customer to them. The mattress looks to be in good condition but when you get on it, the mattress is fine thats the memory foam of it. It will bounce back.. but the sag after relaxing is killing my back. I was 400 pounds I lost over 100 and got back up to 400. Ive been losing again and its just not helping. I know being a big guy is my problem. And maybe my weight cause the damage itself. But im going to be looking else where soon.
