Terrible. Buyer Beware! Many items I saw online were on sale but when I tried to buy them, a different price and "similar" style appeared. Major website flaw. I tried to buy a $35 sale item and at checkout the sale price was suddenly $154. Weird. I had to call to ask about the issue. The rep said to pay full price and I'd get a credit. Wth? Seemed sketch. But I did and got the credit quickly. Great. But when the item arrived, it was the same fabric but a TOTALLY different style! Now I must pay $9 to ship back THEIR mistake?!? I will NEVER order from this company again.

I have been a loyal customer at Luli Fama Lincoln Road for several months, and since my first encounter with Leslin, I have been thoroughly impressed by her exceptional service and expertise. She has consistently demonstrated a keen understanding of my style and preferences, skillfully guiding me through a diverse range of clothing options. What truly sets Leslin apart is her remarkable ability to multitask: while assisting me with building a fitting room with multiple pieces, she was simultaneously attending to two other clients, effortlessly providing each of us with personalized attention. Her talent for connecting with individuals and identifying the perfect fit is impressive, and I have been amazed by her ability to do so with such ease and warmth. Leslin's dedication to ensuring I look and feel stunning has fostered a truly exceptional shopping experience, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking personalized fashion guidance.

Placed an order; they claimed my parcel was delivered; however, it was not signed for, nor was it in the photo they claimed as proof. The customer service was very poor and failed to fulfil their NZ legal obligations. Still waiting for my order to appear or for my money to be refunded. Don't order from here unless you want your money to go down the drain!

I usually order in bulk with Luli and I absolutely love their product. High quality and true to size. I have gotten tons of compliments on both swimwear and dresses. Recently I accidently ordered a rather large order and customer service immediately recalled the already shipped item and promptly refunded me! I will be ordering again!

✨ Magnificent discovery at Lili Fama in Miami. Beach dresses and swimsuits are absolutely sublime: flattering cuts, quality materials and beautiful designs 🌴👙 Special mention for their after-sales service, incredibly responsive and efficient: I had a little problem with panties, settled very quickly and with a lot of professionalism. Thanks to Yelena 🤩 A top brand, as beautiful as it is serious. I recommend 100%!
