Improvement needed in communication…
Improvement needed in communication regarding the order. I was worried that the order was not being processed and would not be delivered on time. I had no communication from the time the order was placed until the package was delivered. Other companies leave messages as to: "Order being processed"; "Order leaving warehouse"; "Out for delivery", "Will be delivered on (DAte); Order delivered. During this hectic time of keeping track of orders made by me, those additional messages were great, and I could notify the recipient of the gift to be on the lookout for the package. Your product is great; it is just the communication that needs to be improved.
