Company have no solution
I did not receive my package, even though USPS marked it as delivered. Nothing was received at my address. I also paid for shipping insurance, but the company told me they cannot do anything to help. I would not recommend using this company if you have delivery issues where you live, because if your package goes missing, they may not assist you. Update: The company could have filed the claim with USPS instead of making it my problem. I paid for insurance specifically so I would not be left dealing with this on my own if something went wrong. USPS has a history of marking packages as delivered and even signing for them without actually delivering them. Because of that, I’m very disappointed the seller refused to help resolve the issue.
