Hi Jose Luis, Your original review stated we sold you a bottle “over 9 years old.” You’ve since edited that out, and for good reason: your order #8143 was Amouage Purpose 50, a fragrance Amouage launched in 2025. A nine-year-old bottle of it cannot exist. The “9 years” came from the screenshot you sent us, showing 41107 entered into an online batch-code checker. That number is Amouage’s product code, printed on every box of Purpose 50 ever made; it isn’t a batch code and can’t produce a date. The actual batch code begins with “K” and is on the bottom of the box and the base of the bottle. Your revised review now cites the condition of the box. Nothing you sent us mentioned the box; your only message to us was about the product’s age. We ship every order new, sealed, and packed for protection. Lugxery LLC

Thanks for being a returning customer. Our listings show photos of the actual bottle, and the logo wear on this one was visible in the photo at the time of purchase. We describe condition as accurately as we can so there are no surprises. If something doesn’t meet expectations, please contact us at [email protected] before leaving a review, and we’re always happy to make it right.

Thank you for the review! Prodigy is an incredible choice. Sourcing costs for brand new, authentic bottles do shift slightly over time, which is why the price adjusted from $256 to $265. However, our main priority is always to keep our prices as far below the $475 retail mark as possible. We appreciate your business and hope you love the new bottle!

Hi Jonathan, We're glad the fragrance arrived in great condition and that you're enjoying the scent. For clarity, the brand manufactures this specific bottle with a plastic cap. Because the product delivered was 100% authentic and factory-spec, offering a return or courtesy credit was an optional step on our end to help resolve the misunderstanding. We appreciate the feedback on communication clarity and look forward to welcoming you back. — Lugxery
