The fragrance itself smells phenomenal, came well packaged. There was a bit of an mis understanding on my part I suppose. I’m giving this a 3 because of how the owner handled this. I was offered a partial refund or to return the fragrance. I opted for the partial refund but the owner didn’t say a refund was actually “store credit”. A refund is a refund and store credit is store credit, two different things. I would buy from this store again, just don’t like when businesses are not clear

I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical ordering a fragrance from a discounter, especially when it came to authenticity. I reached out to LUGXERY.com on TikTok before ordering, and they responded, which definitely helped put me more at ease. I purchased Creed Wild Vetiver, and my order arrived within three days. They kept me updated throughout the shipping process, the price I paid was exactly what was listed, there were no hidden surprises, and the packaging was very secure. Even after it arrived, I was still a little nervous, so I did a few quality and authenticity checks of my own. Everything checked out, and I was honestly so relieved and happy. The fragrance is legit, smells amazing, and it’s one I genuinely enjoy. I also love that I don’t smell it everywhere. I’ve had a completely different experience with another discounter where a preorder took about a month and a half to arrive, so having this order show up quickly and exactly as expected was really refreshing. Overall, I had a really good experience with LUGXERY.com and would definitely order from them again. I hope they get more Byredo fragrances because I already have my eye on a few. I can only speak from my own experience, because I know everyone’s experience can be different. I took a chance, and for me, it paid off. I’d definitely shop with them again.
