Hi Sylvia, Here is our exact "attitude" sent directly from customer support: "Hello, If your item is unopened, we accept those returns (minus shipping). Can you confirm the item is still in the original cellophane, unopened, and unused? Sincerely, Lugxery LLC" Asking a simple, polite verification question before accepting a return on a luxury beauty product is basic hygiene protocol, not poor customer service. Rather than answering whether the bottle was sealed, you chose to leave a 1-star review. Amazing as always. I enjoy doing business with Lugxery. All items are exactly as described, shipping is fast, packages are wrapped with care. Customer support is also top notch! Emailed with a small concern and not only was it answered, the owner took the the time to help me by describing the two fragrances so that I could make a better decision as I opted out of sampling before buying. Between the communication, fast shipping, and packages handled with care, I don’t know why anyone would shop anywhere else!
