Intentionally deceptive in order to make money
The advertised dimensions on the $120 luggage set I bought did not include the wheels. This rendered the luggage useless for my intended use of overseas travel since the bags were all too tall. Nowhere in their listing were exact measurements provide for, or even an explanation of wheather the dimensions included the wheels or not. Im convinced that luggageonline.com is intentionally vague in this respect, since they realize that NOBODY will be willing to dish out the $80 in shipping cost that YOU, THE BUYER are responsible to pay for out of your own pocket if you want to take advantage of their "100% satisfaction guaranteed" return policy. Instead, im stuck with luggage i'll never use. Never again with luggageonline for me.
