We purchased two rolling duffel bags. They arrive right before a trip so we used them right away. Unfortunately, one of them had a handle that would not collapse properly. After returning from the trip, I contacted Luggage Online and they took care of the problem by sending us a new bag -- without returning the old one. That's excellent customer service!
