The luggage came fine, but I find your site to be practically unfunctional. I wrote and attempted to chat and emailed several times, with no response. It was very frustrating, but the merchandise is fine. The site is very hard to navigate, not user friendly.

I love the bag. It’s beautiful and prepare for compliments. My only con is I wish it had more inside pockets or a divider on the inside.

The luggage was exactly what I expected and wanted. The price was good (great coupon and free shipping). Item came within a reasonable time. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because aside from the order confirmation, I never received any other order status like a shipping notification with a tracking number. The bags just showed up. I was able to check the status online, but a notification would have been nice.

Had a difficult reaching them by phone several times. Ordered over a holiday and got a great discount, plus free shipping and no sales tax. Luggage came safely and well packed. Very happy with purchase!

Everything went well but it did take longer than they promote ( 3 Days). I received the luggage in about 11/2 weeks after I ordered.

Dear Customer, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Our office and shipping department was closed during the time of your order which has caused a delay in your shipment. I will personally make sure that the delay message for all expedited shipping during holidays is larger on the shopping cart and checkout page to avoid this incident in the future. Thank you for this information, Customer Service

I am happy with my purchase. The Lipault bag is what I looked for in a carryon that has a lot of useful compartments and yet able to fit under a seat(provided that it’s not stuffed. My only disappointment is that I was not updated on the shipping. Because we are in Hawaii, I understand that there will be a delay. I had to check myself the status of my shipment.
