I had a wonderful experience with this company! Although it took a little while for the bracelet to arrive, the customer service was excellent throughout the entire process. My original bracelet didn’t fit, and they were very helpful in arranging a replacement. The replacement bracelet was a longer size and cost more, but they covered the additional cost without hesitation. My new bracelet arrived today and fits perfectly! I really appreciated how they handled everything and kept me updated along the way. I’m very happy with my bracelet and would definitely recommend this company!

I purchase my bracelet and received the wrong size. It was replaced with ease, and it's just beautiful. I am certified in gemology and love the double termination of moissanite as it creates a beautiful, better than diamond sparkle. I'm delighted.

The quality was not as good as I had expected. The post was bent on one earring. Since my last post, this company has gone above and beyond to get in touch with me. Their customer service is beyond stellar. I am waiting for replacement earrings from them. I cannot say enough good about this company, they have been in constant touch (e-mails).
